Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@paddockprecision.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
