Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
